Creek Street is built along the shores of Ketchikan Creek. It was built over the water because it was too difficult to blast away the rocky hills surrounding the creek. The antique boardwalk on wooden pilings over Ketchikan Creek is home to restaurants, unique shops, and private dwellings, as well as some of the best salmon viewing areas in Ketchikan.
Rebecca Korpita is an artist living on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her artwork and illustrations reside in collections worldwide, appears on book covers, in magazines and are licensed on home goods and accessories. She is inspired by the coastal area in which she lives - the beach, the people, the lifestyle, the culture, old things and quirky things. Living near New Orleans, she loves the small colorful shotgun houses and captures them whenever she visits.
