An old fading Dixie Beer Sign advertising Cold Dixie bottled beer for only 13 cents each and highballs for 35 cents graces an old lounge in the Bywater area of New Orleans. The Bywater area is just off the Faubourg Marigny and French Quarter of New Orleans. This is digital art titled Cold Dixie Beer based on an original photograph by Rebecca Korpita. Note that this sign could be painted over with all the changes right now concerning the South.Glad I got a picture when I could before all our southern history is erased.
